This project requires students to think critically about how the environment influences human health by (1) designing an experiment to measure NOx gas levels and asthma rates (2) interpreting results and (3) communicating results to the community.

Volunteers and scientists are needed Wednesday and Thursdays 10 am - 12:30 pm in March, April, and May.

Volunteers are needed to post bulletin boards, help students gather community health data, give feedback on student papers/presentations, and organize lab materials.

Scientists are needed to advise student groups in the design and implementation of their project.

The project will be introduced to students March 22 and continue into May. Judges are also needed for student presentations May 26, 26 from 10 am - 12:30pm.
