- Project Description:
In this unit students study the importance and unique chemical properties of water through the lens of sustainability. There are several labs throughout to demonstrate these unique properties and the chemical principles that explain them. There are two culminating projects. The first is a challenge to treat a contaminated sample of water. The second is to create a PSA that addresses the social equity, environmental, and economic issues around water as a sustainable resource. ( East Side Community High School )
