- Project Description:
My classroom of 2nd and 3rd graders will be doing hands-on, inquiry-based science using the FOSS curriculum (www.fossweb.com/ca ). Each week we will have an opportunity for volunteers to help small groups of students with their science activities. We could also use help in preparing materials for the hands-on science activity.
The minimum commitment is to come ONE day for 1 1/2 hours.
Volunteering will begin in late September and continues until the end of the school year. A parent volunteer will contact you to arrange a convenient day for you to help out with our classroom.
