- Project Description:
I teach special needs children in a middle school/high school setting. It is one of my responsiblities to help these students develop as many life sills as possible before they graduate from high school. I have a kitchen area in my classroom that I desire to utilize more with my students. I am in need of a new microwave oven. I have also found software, illustrated cooking programs, safety in the kitchen posters and activity books that will allow my students the opportunity to experience cooking projects in the classroom while creating cookbooks for their own use.
