Our 10th Grade Geometry Students at Roosevelt Senior High School have worked long and hard learning the ins and outs of Geometry. Their now ready to apply their knowledge to building Balsa Bridges! We're completing a two week project on physics, forces, and building, and we're in need of engineers to give us some expert advice. Our students will go through the process of learning the basic physics, drawing up blueprints, and actually building and testing their bridges. We are looking to run this project in the 1st and 2nd weeks of May, 2010. We'd love to have some engineers come in during all three stages of the process - the learning, the planning, the building, and finally the big breaking day! Our students are ready for the challenge - we'd love to have your support.
