- Project Description:
I am a retired chemist teaching an "independent science research" course for students interested in careers in science, medicine and engineering. It is a lab course meeting for 90 minutes every other school day. My students have won scholarships and awards at science fairs in St. Louis. The students' projects involve chemistry, biochemistry, biology, and environmental studies. I need help interpreting the present students' research results, and would appreciate suggestions for research projects for next year's course.
