- Project Description:
As the District Supervisor of Science I am responsible for supporting and promoting student interest in science. Student involvement in authentic research tends to be a limited endeavor for a variety of reasons including but not limited to time and resources- including contacts in industry and research. I am hoping to put together a committee of teachers, students, scientists, and engineers to investigate this issue and develop program to get more students involved in authentic research both in the classroom and outside of the classroom.
